Beeble was founded by Matt Brauer and Nicola Reed in 2011. Nicola had been gifted a beekeeping course and fell in love with it, starting it off as a hobby. The process of extracting the honey from the frames normally results in a fair bit being wasted, so Nicola soaked them in whisky, and thus a liqueur was born. Matt partnered with Nicola to oversee the financial operations of the new business, and Beeble was born.

'Vespa Morta' is a relatively new honey/vodka liqueur with a quite heartbreaking love story about a wasp and a bee on the back label. Working with the Strathearn Distillery in Perth, this liqueur has fresh honey notes along with a somewhat nutty character. The finish really lingers too, with the honey-nut notes continuing. It'll make a buzzing long drink with soda, ice and a squeeze of lemon juice!
