Launched in November 2025, Duck Club Bourbon is a collaboration between Memphis-based Morningside Brands and country singer Riley Gaines. Two bottlings are intially available - a 92-proof release and this 110-Proof 'High Brass' edition. Unlike many 'celebrity' brands this appears to have some genuine thought and care behind it, even down to the fact that the blend proportions are clearly stated on the brand website.
And so we know that this contains 81.5% 5 year old Bourbon from Clermont (probably Jim Beam) with a mashbill of 67% corn, 23% rye and 10% malted barley alongside 18.5% 8 year old Bourbon from Bardstown with a mashbill of 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley.
This really is an excellent sipper, even with the high ABV. Those of you looking for more bite and spiciness might find this a little too soft, however, as it full of brown sugar, salted caramel and peanut butter notes, with a hint of dark cherries in the mix too.

Orders weighing up to a max of 2kg will be charged £5.99, and orders weighing over 2kg will be charged £7.99. ANY PURCHASE OVER £150 WILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING.
PLEASE NOTE: The Spirit Specialist is CLOSED on Sundays and Mondays - all orders are collected by Royal Mail the day after they are packaged up. As such, if you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, your order will be packaged up on the following Tuesday at re-opening, and then collected by Royal Mail on the Wednesday morning. All products are securely packaged in Air-Shock bottle bags or frankly excessive amounts of bubble wrap for additional protection.
All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and any damages or shortage must be recorded on the relevant delivery acceptance forms with the delivery. Un-examined or un-checked goods that result in a subsequent claim outside of a 48 hour period will not be accepted. Queries relating to claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods, otherwise claims cannot be guaranteed.
