Founded in 2012 as a brewery in an old paper mill owned by St. Andrews University and that had originally been a distillery owned by the Haig family in the late 1800s, owner Paul Miller began producing gin and new make spirit for whisky maturation in 2014.

Eden Mill have a range of popular gin and 'Love' is no exception, with a delicate pink colour matching the delicately soft flavour profile of rose and strawberry, with just a hint of pepper on the finish. It's very pleasant to drink neat thanks to the soft sweetness - without becoming liqueur-like - but it'll also work wonderfully in a Martini using Rose vermouth. Be warned though, most tonics will just overpower this!
