    Based just outside Sheffield City Centre, Bryn Hawkins set up his own distillery in 2020 - completely self-taught, he reads as much as he could before actually distilling to ensure he could hit the ground running without wasting stock through experimentation.

    His Chrimbo Gin is a seasonal hit, and while working in markets and festivals he often serves it with warm apple juice. But one evening he started playing around with the apple juice to make Appletinis, adding a little soft spice, and found inspiration to make this - a spiced apple vodka that is pretty much an Appletini in a bottle!

    I was really excited to find out Bryn had made this, becuase I LOVE apple and cinnamon together, so I had everything crossed when the sample turned up for me to try. And it was with great relief to find out that Bryn, as hoped, had absolutely nailed it. The apple - all natural juice, no flavourings - is fresh but not too tart, while the spice element is gentle and neither overpowering or too sweet. Chilled from the freezer it's a joy, but if you shake it with a touch of Giffard Salted Caramel you get an amazing Salted-Toffee-Appletini!

    Delivery charges:

    Shipping rates are based on WEIGHT of goods - the total weight of your order will determine the cost of the shipping charge due to price banding imposed by the carriers we use.

    Please note due to our opening times goods ordered on a Saturday may result in a delayed arrival. Goods ordered on a Sunday or Monday will be shipped from the store on the Tuesday immediately following - please bear this in mind if you have a deadline.

    DUE TO ONGOING ISSUES WITH BREXIT AND COURIERS UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK

    48 Hour Delivery uses the Tracked 48 service from Royal Mail, which provides a Tracking Number for you to follow its journey to your destination.

    Next Day Delivery uses DHL services, a tracking number will also be supplied to allow you to follow its journey.

    Items are NOT insured as standard, please contact us if you would like to discuss additional insurance for premium products.

    All products are securely packaged in Air-Shock bottle bags or excessive amount of bubble wrap for additional protection.

    All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and any damages or shortage must be recorded on the relevant delivery acceptance forms with the delivery. Un-examined or un-checked goods that result in a subsequent claim outside of a 48 hour period will not be accepted. Queries relating to claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods, otherwise claims cannot be guaranteed.

    RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY

    The Spirit Specialist offers EXCHANGES ONLY on unwanted items to an equal amount. Refunds will not be given, cash differences in favour of the purchaser in the case of an exchange will also not be provided.
