OK, so, I'll be honest, I originally wanted to bring this in for two simple reasons - a) I loved the front image of two killer whales and b) it sounded a bit like 'Airwolf' which is one of the BEST TV SHOWS EVER. On a seperate note, how come that's not been remade yet? Or at least why has there not ever been a crossover with Knight Rider and Street Hawk?
I digress. 'SeaWolf' is the name for killer whales used by Native Americans, and the animals are often seen off the coast of Scotland. As with anything new I come across, I managed to secure a sample to try it first, keeping fingers crossed. I needn't have worried. Apparently the first white rum produced in Scotland (really????) this uses molasses alongside both yeasts used for rum production along with those used to produce Champagne. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures across four weeks before distillation in copper pot stills.
That long fermentation provides 'funky' notes of unripe banana, but it's not too overpowering and provides balance rather than being dominating. It's said that it was made to be ideal for a Daiquiri and that is absolutely the case - there's enough 'bite' and complexity to cut through lime juice etc without unbalancing one of the classic cocktails. But it will still work with a simple mixer and shine through.

PLEASE NOTE: The Spirit Specialist is CLOSED on Sundays and Mondays - all orders are collected by Royal Mail the day after they are packaged up. As such, if you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, your order will be packaged up on the following Tuesday at re-opening, and then collected by Royal Mail on the Wednesday morning. PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND IF YOU ARE WORKING TO A DEADLINE!

All products are securely packaged in Air-Shock bottle bags or frankly excessive amounts of bubble wrap for additional protection.
All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and any damages or shortage must be recorded on the relevant delivery acceptance forms with the delivery. Un-examined or un-checked goods that result in a subsequent claim outside of a 48 hour period will not be accepted. Queries relating to claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods, otherwise claims cannot be guaranteed.
