WhistlePig, located in rural Vermont, sources rye whiskey from Canada and Indiana for its premium core expressions. It has also been distilling its own bourbon and rye onsite, which is now making it into bottles. SmokeStock Wood Fired Whiskey is the newest release from the distillery and farm, and marks the first smoked whiskey from WhistlePig and the inaugural collaboration between the distillery and BBQ brand Traeger Grills. The rye has no age statement, but is matured in American oak char No. 3 barrels and then smoked “slow and low” barbecue style using Traeger’s apple barbecue wood. The point was to infuse it with soft campfire and savory notes to complement the fruit and spice character of the rye.
“WhistlePig is known for pushing boundaries in the name of quality and great taste,” said blender Meghan Ireland in a statement. “SmokeStock is a nod to the American cookout season, and we can’t wait to see how customers make it their own. Personally, I recommend enjoying it lakeside, alongside a rack of wood-fired ribs.”
A QR code on the bottle unlocks some recipes that you can make using the whiskey like bacon-wrapped or barbecue brisket hot dogs, and gives some insight into the process of how this whiskey was actually made. - Delivery & Returns

Shipping rates are based on WEIGHT of goods - the total weight of your order will determine the cost of the shipping charge due to price banding imposed by the carriers we use.Please note due to our opening times goods ordered on a Saturday may result in a delayed arrival. Goods ordered on a Sunday or Monday will be shipped from the store on the Tuesday immediately following - please bear this in mind if you have a deadline.

Next Day Delivery uses DHL services, a tracking number will also be supplied to allow you to follow its journey.

All products are securely packaged in Air-Shock bottle bags or excessive amount of bubble wrap for additional protection.
All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and any damages or shortage must be recorded on the relevant delivery acceptance forms with the delivery. Un-examined or un-checked goods that result in a subsequent claim outside of a 48 hour period will not be accepted. Queries relating to claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods, otherwise claims cannot be guaranteed.

The Spirit Specialist offers EXCHANGES ONLY on unwanted items to an equal amount. Refunds will not be given, cash differences in favour of the purchaser in the case of an exchange will also not be provided.Your statutory rights are not affected.
